Refunds
Before close date: full refund.
After close date to May 3: refund less $50 office fee.
After May 3: No refund unless entry and/or stabling can be filled from waitlist.

Trailer-in fee: $65, applicable only to non-stabled horses for day of competition (May 9).

Non-competition grounds fee: $100, applicable only to non-competition horses, includes XC schooling. Trailer-in or stabling fees apply as appropriate for non-competition horses.

Team competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count, all team members at same level, $20 per team.

Stabling
Temporary stalls (canvas, 10×10): $125 per stall, tack stall $110 per stall.
Permanent stalls (12×12 or larger): $175 per stall, tack stall $160 per stall. Indicate request on stabling form; limited number of permanent stalls available so requests will be accommodated first-come first served.

Other Information:

Footing/footing maintenance: Stadium Jumping and Dressage arenas have sand footing that is dragged daily, and watered throughout the day during competition.

Cross-country course closes May 3rd at sundown.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry.

Food available on grounds courtesy of World Fare Food Truck!

Schooling Rounds: Dressage and SJ schooling rounds will be available starting at approximately 1:00 pm on Friday. Email event secretary (ridewss@gmail.com) to sign up in advance. $25 per test/course.

Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.

Cross-country schooling available after the competition through Sunday evening at reduced $40.00 fee. Check in with secretary prior to schooling. Trainer must be present and have additional insured certificate for Woodland Stallion Station. Course will remain flagged and flowered through Sunday evening for schooling!

Farrier: Max Gerdes:  707-486-4782. Farrier will be onsite or nearby on-call on Friday and onsite all day Saturday.

Woodland Stallion Station uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Event for $20.

No dogs allowed on the WSS show grounds.
